Slack, Microsoft Teams and Notion: where the notes land

Slack is available from Core, per Krisp's Slack help article, and receives meeting notes and action items.

The Microsoft Teams integration is a Core and Advanced feature: Krisp's help center says you can share Krisp meetings directly to a Teams channel. Connect it from the Integrations tab with the Microsoft Teams tile. Manual sharing works for any meeting, while automated sharing works for recurring meetings only.

Notion and Pipedrive appear only as ticks on every paid plan in Krisp's comparison table. Krisp's help center has no article on either.

HubSpot, Salesforce and ConnectWise for client-facing teams

HubSpot is available from Core and Salesforce from Advanced. Krisp's Salesforce help article lists users on the Advanced plan, and the comparison table shows a dash for Salesforce on Core. A client-facing team that logs calls in a CRM needs Advanced when that CRM is Salesforce.

Krisp lists ConnectWise as an Advanced integration on its plan tile and in its help center, but its comparison table also ticks it on Core, so confirm the plan before you buy.

Zapier, webhooks and the Krisp MCP server

Zapier works on Core and Advanced, per Krisp's Zapier help article. Krisp's webhook API, also for Core and Advanced users, sends transcripts, notes and outlines to another tool or internal system. Events that trigger it are a created transcript, a generated note, a shared transcript and an available recording. Admins on Advanced can configure a team webhook, set once for everyone's meetings.

Krisp MCP is a hosted server that gives AI tools secure access to your Krisp workspace, and the Core tile lists an MCP integration for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and custom clients.

When notes inside Microsoft 365 suit a team better

Copilot in Teams suits a Microsoft 365 team that wants notes to stay inside Microsoft Teams. Microsoft says intelligent recap is part of Teams Premium, an add-on license, or the Microsoft Copilot license, and the meeting organizer decides how and if participants can use Copilot. It does not work in meetings hosted outside your organization, which rules it out for client calls that another company hosts.

Microsoft prices its Microsoft 365 Copilot Business add-on at $21 per user a month paid yearly, or $25.20 billed monthly, and offers it only to existing Microsoft 365 customers with an eligible Business plan. Krisp's 7-day free trial needs no card, and its pricing page lists the integrations on Core and above.
