Krisp pricing: how the meeting plans are built and how to price five seats for a year

How Krisp's Meeting AI plans are built, what changes the bill, and a worksheet to turn the live per-seat figure into a yearly cost for a five-person team.

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-29

Quick answerKrisp's Meeting AI pricing has a 7-day free trial, then Core and Advanced billed per user with a monthly or annual setting, and a quoted Enterprise plan. Your yearly bill is seats times the live per-seat figure times twelve months, plus any storage add-on. Read the live US page for the figures.

✓ Teams that want noise cancellation and meeting notes in one app

✓ People who attend in-person or hybrid meetings and want desktop and mobile notes

✓ Buyers who want to compare yearly cost per seat before they commit

Important limitations

— Teams that want a free plan beyond a short trial

— Teams that rely on one platform and find its built-in notes enough

— Anyone who needs a bot to attend meetings for them by default

— Anyone who only needs noise removal on calls

Krisp pricing: how the plans are built

Krisp's pricing page has three tabs: Meeting AI for individuals and teams, Call Center AI for call centers, and Developers. Only the Meeting AI tab is covered here, as read on October 29, 2026. It lists a free trial, then Core, Advanced and Enterprise.

The trial runs 7 days and the page says no credit card is required. Core is described as best for individuals and small teams. Advanced is marked most popular and described as the plan with advanced features and controls. Enterprise shows custom pricing and a talk-to-sales button. Core and Advanced carry a monthly and an annual setting, and the annual setting is labeled as a saving. Krisp's help article says the AI note taker is available on Core and Advanced.

What changes the total: seats, billing setting, storage and add-ons

  • Seats: Krisp's FAQ says any teammate you add to your Krisp team counts as a seat, and paid plans are charged per seat.
  • Billing setting: the per-seat figure differs between the monthly and annual settings. Confirm at checkout how annual billing is charged.
  • Storage add-on: Core lists 10 GB, Advanced lists 60 GB and Enterprise lists unlimited. The comparison table lists extra storage as an add-on up to 2 TB on Core and Advanced.
  • Accent conversion limits: Core lists one hour a day, while Advanced lists more. If you only want notes, this limit may not matter to you.
  • Mixed plans: the FAQ says one workspace can hold several teams, each on a different plan.
  • Volume: the FAQ says to contact Krisp for volume discounts above 50 members.
  • Noise cancellation only: the FAQ says there is no separate plan for it, because noise cancellation comes with every plan and you can switch the meeting assistant off.

Budget method: five seats for a year

The live page is the only source for amounts, so this worksheet leaves them out. Open Krisp's pricing page from a US view, choose the Meeting AI tab and switch between the monthly and annual settings, writing down the per-user figure shown for Core and for Advanced each time.

Then compute each case the same way. Yearly cost for five seats equals five seats times the per-user figure times twelve months. Add the storage add-on if your recordings will outgrow the plan. Keep four numbers side by side: Core monthly, Core annual, Advanced monthly and Advanced annual. The gap between the monthly and annual rows is the cost of staying flexible. Run the same four lines for a rival on the Krisp vs Otter page or the team shortlist so the comparison uses one method.

What each plan adds, from Krisp's own tiles

  • Free trial: unlimited transcription, noise cancellation, audio and video recording and AI notes and action items for 7 days, with limited accent conversion.
  • Core: unlimited AI note taker, bot-free recording, transcription, AI notes and action items, in-person meeting notes, AI Chat, multilingual transcripts, a mobile app, an MCP integration for AI tools, team and billing management and 10 GB of storage.
  • Advanced: everything in Core plus Salesforce and ConnectWise integrations, advanced admin controls, note-taking mode enforcement, a manager view, trim and comment tools, team-level webhooks and 60 GB of storage.
  • Enterprise: everything in Advanced plus SSO and SCIM, SOC 2 report access, a choice of data center location, on-device private transcription and recordings, a super admin role and unlimited storage.

Is it worth paying? A break-even question to answer first

A seat pays for itself only if it saves time or prevents missed follow-ups. Divide the monthly per-seat figure by the hourly value of the person's time. The result is the hours that seat must save each month to break even. If a seat costs about as much per month as two hours of someone's time, it needs to save more than two hours a month.

Count the meetings where someone currently writes notes, the minutes they spend cleaning those notes and how often a missed action item causes rework. This is arithmetic, not a forecast, and results depend on your own meetings. Start with the free trial on the few people who attend the most meetings, and add seats only if they keep using the tool.

Pricing facts that can change, and hidden costs to confirm

  • Plan names: the FAQ text mentions Business and Pro plans, but the plan tiles list Core, Advanced and Enterprise. This guide follows the tiles.
  • Regions and dates: amounts and limits can differ by region and change without notice, so read the live US page on the day you buy.
  • Seats you invite: invited teammates count as seats, so keep the team list short until you decide.
  • Add-ons: storage beyond the plan limit and other add-ons change the total.
  • Trial to paid: the page says the trial needs no credit card, so confirm what happens on day 8 before you add one.
